Yes! You will receive a full refund if you cancel 3 days before your booking.
Just like AirBnB, this helps you lock in your booking. We hold on to your payment before the transaction is complete to guarantee that you receive what you pay for while ensuring that our creatives are only engaging with credible leads.
A booking request is sent to the creative. They must answer the booking request within 3 hours, otherwise the booking is cancelled and an automatic full refund is issued.
Once the creative has accepted the booking request, you can work directly with the creative to make adjustments and preparations.
